Return & Refund Policy

We will do our best to be fair in all situations and assist you in resolving any issues you may have. Above everything else, our primary goal is 100% client happiness.

General

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot offer you a complete refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.

Please inform us as soon as possible if you received items that were damaged in transportation. The following steps will be communicated to you. The products may be replaceable or refundable.

Please make sure to include the order number in all correspondence regarding returns.

If the returned product is not in the same condition as when it was delivered, we reserve the right to refuse the return or provide a partial refund after inspecting the product for damage.

All returns will be sent to our anonymous address, so please notify us before returning any things.

You shall be responsible for any damaged items in return transit caused by improper packaging.

Errors

Shortages and errors must be reported within three days of receipt.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the products if your customer has received a malfunctioning item. We cannot accept returns if you notify us of the flaws after the 30-day deadline has passed.

Before contacting us regarding a faulty or damaged product, please obtain as much information as possible, including pictures where applicable. This will help us get the situation resolved as quickly as possible.

Change

If you change your mind and want to return the item, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it. We can only accept returns in this case if the products are brand new and unused. The buyer is responsible for return fees.

Products that are damaged or malfunctioning must be returned to us for assessment. For damaged products, return labels will be provided. However, we cannot reimburse return costs for incorrect orders or buyers who change their minds.

Customers are only allowed to return things after delivery. You are not permitted to return the items to the driver/courier upon arrival, as this may result in a long return process, with no certainty that the returned products will reach us. If you change your mind about the product, please wait until the order is received and follow the above returns procedure.

Exception

We offer a 90-day warranty on all goods except e-liquids, pods, and other supplies not covered by the warranty.
