Any orders require our approval and the availability of the products following these Terms.

London Vape Shop tries to supply and deliver all the items we promote for sale. However, since items occasionally go out of stock or are discontinued for reasons outside our control, we cannot guarantee supply.
We will put your item on backorder if it is not currently in store. If you would rather not wait, we will always email you with the opportunity to cancel your order.
Once the payment transaction has been approved, your purchase will be accepted.

Imagine that an item you purchased is not available. If that happens;

We will email you to let you know.
We will give you the option of a complete refund or a similar alternative product (if the price difference can be covered).

Payment & Pricing

Our website, www.londonvapeshop.co.uk, details the amount to be paid for the products.

We accept only Sterling (£) as payment. When processing your purchase, we will debit your account in Pounds (£) Sterling at the conversion rate used by the appropriate payment scheme if your card is a foreign currency account.
The card issuer must validate all credit/debit card users and obtain their authorisation. We won’t be held responsible for any delays or missed deliveries if the company that issued your payment card declines or doesn’t authorise payment to us.

VAT is included in everything you buy on our website.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are not included in any of the prices shown on our site.

Costs and Deals on our website are subject to change without notice. You are in charge of routinely examining these costs and deals.

Due to increases in supplier prices, applying taxes and duties, or mistakes when the price is released to you, we reserve the right to make changes. We will provide you with accurate details and a cancellation window.

Even though London Vape Shop makes every effort to ensure that all prices are correct, mistakes in pricing can happen occasionally.

If a product’s price has been shown as faulty, you will be made aware of it as soon as possible and given a choice to purchase at the right price.

You will receive a full refund if you decide not to place the order at the right price.
If you do not reconfirm your order at the right price within the specified time of our contact, your order for the incorrectly priced product will be cancelled.

We are not liable for any extra taxes that may be owed if your order is delivered to a location outside the UK.

Delivery

Every order that we receive depends on its availability of stock.
When placing your order, the address you provide will receive your order’s delivery.

After placing your order, please double-check the delivery address in the email confirmation. Please let us know immediately if you made a mistake with your delivery address and give us the proper address. We, as London Vape Shop, cannot be responsible for the mistaken address issued.

Deliveries made internationally, including those made in Europe, may take longer than usual; therefore, the timing of international shipping cannot be guaranteed. London Vape Shop makes no warranties that your purchase will be delivered within a specific timeframe because it has no control over your local delivery services in any way.

Returns

If you have received damaged products in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer you the next steps for the return process. The products may be eligible for replacement or refund.
Errors and shortages must be notified within three days of receipt of products.
If you have accepted a faulty item, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the products. We definitely cannot accept returns if you inform us of the faults after 30 days.

Before contacting us for your faulty or damaged products, please prepare as much information as possible, including pictures where applicable. This will assist us in getting the situation resolved as quickly.

If you wish to return the product, please inform us within 30 days of ‘receiving’ the product. Thus, we can only accept returns if the products are new and unused. Note that you will be liable for return costs.

If the returned product is not in the condition it was delivered, we have the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund after assessing the product for damages.

We do not cover return costs for accidental orders.

You will be responsible for any damages caused to the products in return transit by inappropriate packaging.

We do not allow you to return the products before delivery. If you change your mind regarding the product, please wait until the order has been received and use the returns process described above.

Cancellations Options

If you want to cancel or make changes to your order before it is delivered, contact us as soon as you can after placing it. It should be possible to find the purchase number and the submission date.

Customs
